We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    hi

    everytime i try and update amelia on my wordpress website it keeps asking for my activation code, i enter it and it says saved but when i return to the update page it asked for it again. ive tried this over a dozen times now please can you help me.

    There was an issue with auto-update in one of our previous versions. That has been fixed with version 2.3, so after you update the plugin, you won't be having these issues anymore.

    Please follow the steps below to update the plugin:

    1. Deactivate/delete the current version that you have previously used (all your settings and data will remain intact, so do not worry about that)
    2. Download the latest version from our store, login with the credentials that you’ve received via e-mail when you purchased the plugin, navigate to Purchases/Amelia and download it from there,
    3. Access Plugins section in your Dashboard,
    4. Click on “Add New” in the top left,
    5. A new window will appear, and you’ll see “Upload Plugin” – again in top left,
    6. Click on “Choose File” and select the previously downloaded ameliabooking.zip file,
    7. Click on “Install Now”, and the plugin will automatically be installed.

    That will install the latest version (2.3.1), so please enter the purchase code, activate it, and you won't be facing this issue anymore.
