You can deactivate Amelia on the domain that you used to have it activated, and activate it then on the new domain. If you encounter any issues doing this please let me know.
You will not transfer any data doing this from one domain to another one, though, if that is what you want to achieve. If you want to recreate old website on a new domain you can use some plugin, like for example Duplicator

How can I deactivate a domain if it doesnt exist anymore???? I would just like to deactivate ALL domains. How do I do that?
