We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, is it possible to create bookings and blocks directly in the google calender? Or what exactly means the 2 way sync ?

    regards Dietmar

    Hi Dietmar Baumann,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Our synchronisation works in the way that all events from Google calendar (with busy status) affects the number of free time slots in Amelia by deleting them. Also all appointment created in Amelia (you can choose whether just Approved or also the Pending ones) are added into the Google calendar. However the synchronisation is not entire and if you want to delete the appointment created in Amelia, you can do that just in Amelia because deleting from Google calendar will not be pasted to Amelia (it's not entire 2 way sync).

    Best regards.

    Hi Dietmar,

If you create event in Google Calendar and set its status as busy, that timeslot will not be available in Amelia for further booking. If that event doesn't have busy status then that timeslot will be available in Amelia.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora

    thanks for your reply.

It's not working. Only from Amelia booking to google works, but when i create a appointment in google with status "Beschäftigt" = "busy" the customer can book in this timeslot.

Any idea what the problem could be?

in attachment you can see some screenshot's.

    regards Dietmar

    Hi Dietmar,

Can you please contact us in Amelia section of this same support platform so technical support can investigate your issue. They will probably need temporary credentials for login so they can investigate from the inside as that is the fastest way of finding the solution so please make sure to create Private ticket.

    Best regards.
