I bought amelia plugin because it can send sms notification, but the plugin has only one method of recharge through paypal which is not working att all, according to paypal the problem is related to your account not to mine.
How can I apply for a refund?

I waited for a confirmation from the management if we can recharge the balance somehow, and they approved, so we can do that today.
We haven't had any issues with users recharging SMS balance so far, honestly. We are not sure why you had troubles with your PayPal account for the SMS recharge.

Unfortunately, we encountered some technical difficulties with accepting payments for SMS recharge through PayPal. We are working on resolving this issue, or switching to another payment provider, but, unfortunately, that will take some time. Sorry for any inconvenience this have caused. Could you please send me an email to my email address [email protected] and let me know there what is the amount you would like to deposit, so we would think about an alternative solution?
