Have you actually created the cron job on your server?
To send out these notifications, a cron job needs to be created. You can read the instructions on how to create cron jobs on this page.
If you're not familiar with cron jobs, my advice would be to download the WP Crontrol plugin, and create the cron job. You will see an explanation how to configure the cron job through that plugin on our FAQ section.
Screen shoot you sharing is from test email not from actual appointment. Go ahead ad set up real appointment and then wait to see if you get Next Day Reminder notification. Let me know. Thanks,
Can you please provide me the database (PHPMyAdmin or cPanel) credentials, so I can take a look at our tables in the database, and see if there's anything wrong there?
I cannot find a way to access the database in any way.
Can you ask them to allow access to the database via WP PHPMyAdmin (WordPress plugin), since it'd be a lot easier.
Also, I received a few confirmations from our other customers that hosting providers are intentionally blocking SMTP settings related to Gmail, Yahoo and other mailing services, which caused notifications not to be sent. If you can reach out to your hosting provider, ask them if there's anything on the server blocking the cron job, and if they too are blocking the SMTP connections?
Hello,

Yes I have but I am not reviving notifications. WP Crontrol is installed per instruction from support page. Still not working.
Hello again rnahaylo.
I tested the Next Day Reminder notification, and got the e-mail (see attachment). That means that your cron job is working just fine.
If it wasn't properly configured, the e-mail wouldn't have been sent.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Alex,
Screen shoot you sharing is from test email not from actual appointment. Go ahead ad set up real appointment and then wait to see if you get Next Day Reminder notification. Let me know. Thanks,
Appointment is approved. You should receive conformation email.
Got the confirmation e-mail, rnahaylo.
Let's wait and see if the reminder notification works as well.

Did you received email Next Day Reminder notification?
Hi again rnahaylo.
Nope, no reminder e-mail came in.
Can you please provide me the database (PHPMyAdmin or cPanel) credentials, so I can take a look at our tables in the database, and see if there's anything wrong there?
Also, make sure to check the Private response.

Hey rnahaylo
I've been poking around GoDaddy for 30 minutes, and I can't find a way to access PHPMyAdmin. Do you maybe know how to get in there?
Kind Regards,

Hi Alex,
Sorry can you explain PHPMyAdmin what it is? I am using G-Suit for my email...is that what you looking for?
Hi again rnahaylo.
Nope, I'm looking for database access. PHPMyAdmin is the interface used to see the tables in the database.
I tried installing a WP plugin that does that, but your website permissions don't allow that.
Can you reach out to GoDaddy and ask them to provide PHPMyAdmin access to us?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

At GoDaddy I only keep domain name there so don't think they have what you need. My website is located on AWS server.
I see, rnahaylo
