Questions re: Wine Tasting Room

Hi, I'm considering WP-Amelia for a wine tasting room. Here are our requirements. Can you let me know what Calendly will handle?

     1. Do you offer a "self contained" system like on a subdomain? Or does everything have to be customized through the WP Plugin to work on our site?

     2. We have two different tasting room products. One is $25 the other is $50. Can we offer both paid options through your system? Does your system integrate the sales part so it's a fluid transaction (not leaving the site)?

    3. Some parties might want to book one spot at a certain time, or 2 or 3 or 4 etc. Do you support that?

     4. We need to create logic whereby we have 3 time slots. But only time slot A is displayed on the page. We have 6 spaces on Time slot A. If all 6 are booked, THEN time slot B is displayed as an option. Then if all 6 are booked, Time Slot C is displayed. Do you have this capability?

     5. If #3 is not possible, it's not a deal breaker. Would we be able to send a notification when Say Product A at 12:30 on 11/30 is fully booked? Or does the system only send notifications each time someone books?

     6. We want to be able to take walk-ins on premise. Meaning we will have an iPad swiper and we want people to be able to book from the Calendly site by walking in and at that time selecting a tasting, then swiping their card through a card reader. How can we achieve this?

    Hi Darren,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Sorry but I didn't understand the question. Can you please provide more information?

    2. Yes, you can create two different services with different price or if you want to allow booking of both at the same time you can create those products in the place where our employees are (like two employees) and allow double booking. As for the sales part it depends on the payment method that you want to use. We have PayPal, Stripe and On-site payment methods and also integration with WooCommerce. If you use PayPal or some other payment through WooCommerce your customer will be redirected to the PayPal and once the payment is done returned to Amelia again, and with WooCommerce customer will stay on the WooCommerce order.

    3. Yes, we have group booking option, you can set minimum and maximum capacity for the service and for the employee and allow group bookings.

    4. Unfortunately we don't have this option, all available time slots are displayed in the calendar.

    5. We don't have notification that would be sent when product is booked, we have notifications for Approved, Pending, Canceled and Rejected statuses changes, appointment reminder, appointment follow up and birthday greeting.

    6. Unfortunately this is not possible since we don't have POS integration.

    Best regards.

Regarding #1 - Calendly provides a self-contained subdomain mysite.calendly.com - so I don't have to have a developer code anything for it to work. So I'm asking is there something similar that you have that can work "out of the box"? Or like a wizard driven setup for Wordpress or something so we don't have to design and program? And if not, do you have design templates that will just work?

    Hi Darren,

Our plugin works in the way that you choose one of the shortcodes and past it to your page where you want to have booking. We have several booking forms and like that several shortcodes, and also options to preselect some booking parameters to customize that shortcode but it is necessary to create page on which you will past it.

    Best regards.
