In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi, my website is basically used to take sessions between student & teacher. Student will book session with teacher on particular date & time. For that purpose I want to purchase this plugin. Students will be able to see the bookings availability of teacher on calendar in his dashboard. And teacher will set his availability on the calendar in his dashboard.

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    Our plugin is made for booking of appointments like you need. Teachers can set their schedule, days off and special days, and students can see the availability in the calendar based on the chosen teacher and service. In order for teachers to be able to login and customize their schedule, administrator needs to create those employees in our plugin and to give each of them WordPress Amelia employee user role and configure the permissions in our Roles Settings.

    If each of your teachers have separate profile page then you can also set shortcode that will be pre-filtered with employee ID and in that way show just the booking form and availability for one particular employee/teacher.
