In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I really like how you describe your plugin...seems amazing, just missing the killer feature for me - Zoom or Skype or other well known video chat meeting integration.
Also Zapier does not know your software, thus their connection software wont work.
Idea was to use your software and, if it does create custom fields within woocommerce, then using Zapier create a meeting link in Zoom. Yet this just sucks.
Any ideas?

The Zoom integration is among our top priorities and it will be implemented for one of the next versions. If you are interested I can inform you once we implement this integration?
As for the Zapier we don't have the entire integration but we have Web Hooks option that can be used for connecting Amelia with third party applications using Zapier. More about this you can read here.

as a workaround and overall - is there a way of sending a customized or customizing the "approved appointment" email so I would be able to add the link to a Zoom meeting? As I see now, I can only edit the general approval email, and add internal notes only. :)
Also, is the timeline for the zoom integration known?

You can customize the "approved appointment" email but the same link would be sent to all customers and you need that link to change for each customer or each appointment. We plan to implement Zoom for the update that we will released at the end of December or beginning of January.

We are in the testing phase with Zoom. It will be ready until the end of this week or in the beginning of the next week.
As for the recurring, we are working on the design for recurring option and after that we will start with developing it so it will take some time for this update but we are giving our best to be as soon as possible.
