Hi,
I just had someone book in for a call 15 minutes before it was suppose to start. Luckily this time I saw the email but I could have quite easily missed it.
Can the settings stop people booking in for certain amount of time or the current day?
Thanks
Susanna
Hello Susanna,
Yes, there is a setting for this in Amelia. The option is 'Minimum time required before booking: ' and you can find it in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings. There you can set the time that you want before the appointment, until which the customers will be able to book the appointments.
Hope this helps!
If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
Thanks thats great. Can you have more than 4 hours or is that the most?
You are welcome, Susanna.
Yes, you can have it for more than 4 hours, you can have it set up to 6 months before the appointments.
If you have any further questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask,
