You can use the "Users see and edit only own data" with Gravity Forms Integration for wpDataTables, but you also need to select the User column (generated automatically by Gravity):
No other settings required for this, other than enabling the feature in "Editing" tab above the table, and selecting this field. It is a prerequisite, though, to have the users logged into WordPress. All non-logged-in users will have a user ID = 0.
