Hey amelia! just a few questions, my business provides a standard service like a spa massage. i have 2 rooms of different capacity and sizes and charge a different price based on how many people use a room. a single instance of booking takes up the entire room, regardless of a 1 pax booking or 5 pax booking.
1. will i be able to charge a different price instead of a multiple of the price?
2. if i have 2 reservation of 2 pax, i can use both room but if i have a 5 pax reservation, only one room can be used. can a certain capacity (5pax ++) be restricted from booking twice on the same time slot?
3. will i be able to mass import coupon codes

Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
1. Can you please explain a bit further? You can define price per service, and you can add extras to the service, for example someone can book the service (in your case room) and can add Extras - in this case number of persons, and you can set a price for extra.
2. Or, you can se rooms instead of employees, you can set minimum and maximum capacity for each table and disable the option "Allow booking below minimum capacity". We made this option for this kind of use case since it works in the way that once some customer books above minimum capacity it automatically closes this time slot for the particular table so other customers (that don't know each other) can not fill in the room until the maximum capacity is reached.
Please just be aware that at the moment each employee (room) would need different email set in the profile but there is a workaround if you plan to use Gmail or Outlook mail.
3. We have coupons inside plugin, so you can make them inside the plugin, but there is not an option for import of the coupons.
