We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
We would like the events on this page to be weekly, so we set it till the end of October, but now we need to change each event again so it shows again... is there a way to have these recurring but we dont have to keep setting the dates and that they just roll https://valescocrossfit.com/timetable-drop-ins/
There are numerous event so its quite a big job to go through and resave them all
Thanks
Susanna
Or is it possible to bulk edit?
Hello Susanna.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can configure the event so it's recurring, and it is repeated weekly until a defined date:
However, bulk edit of multiple events is not possible yet.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Ok, no problem. I would love to have these events setup as 'services' instead of events, I just don't know how to set it up.
The classes are the same time every week for slots of times.... Just not sure how that works?
Hi again Susanna
If you have predefined times, it's not that hard to accomplish that.
1. Create a service - "Service 1", and set up it's duration, price, minimum and maximum capacity, and assign your existing employees to that service.
2. Employees define the availability of services, so you need to open your employee's tab, and go to Work Hours. There, you can configure their working hours so they only work on "Service 1" at specific times and dates.
For example:
You can also configure Special Days for an Employee. This is useful if you wish to create an exception for the employee, so he works on a different service, or at a different time for a specific date.

Hi Aleksandar
We have setup few services for testing purposes, but booking is disable for all services. I am not able to identify why services are not enabled for booking! Can you please look into this and let us know what we are doing wrong or are there any issue or bug on the plugin?
We need to sort this issue asap and Thank you for your time

Hi Susanna.
Here's your issue based on your screencast:
Your employee is configured to work from 06 - 07; from 07 - 08 and from 13:15 - 14:00:
However, your service has a 15 minute buffer time after the appointment:
So, your service doesn't actually last 1 hour, but instead 1 hour and 15 minutes. That's why you don't see any available times in the calendar. You need to either remove the buffer time, or shorten the duration of the service. Or, of course, change the working hours of your employee.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
