We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
When creating a new chart the Polar and Spider charts in the highcharts section does not show up as advertised here. https://wpdatatables.com/documentation/wpdatacharts/highcharts/ I'm using the Wordpress 5.3 and updated wpdatatables through the Wordpress backend.
Hello Tibor.
Thank you for your purchase.
As you can see, all charts on our page are live charts you can interact with - they are not simple images, but instead live charts displayed with [wpdatacharts id=#] shortcode. That means that they have been created with wpDataTables and displayed on the page.
The charts look depends on the data you use, so you may need to rethink the structure of the table you're using to create these charts. To help you out with it, I'll show you how the tables look like for charts that you see in our documentation:
Polar chart table:
Spiderweb chart table:
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello,
My issue was that I did not update the plugin, it seems to work fine after I managed to do so manually. It did not appear in the wordpress dashboard.
Hi again Tibor.
I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved.
We've had a bug with versions prior to 2.7 when it comes to auto-updates, but that was fixed. Please make sure you activated the license in wpDataTables settings/Activation, and you will receive info about new versions in the future.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
