Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
When i make a booking and then try to make another booking - in chrome the name boxes are greyed out
This does not happen in ie or ff
Hello Stuart.
I suppose that you are logged in and that your data is already saved in database, which is reason why your data in booking form are disabled and already filled. Can you please make another user with different email and then login with that email address and you will able to make appointment. Also, you can open your browser in Incognito mode (which means that you are not logged in - as your future clients) and you will see that you are able to make an appointment.
From version 1.3.4 you have Option to check customer’s name for existing email during the booking – now it is possible to allow customers to schedule the appointment with the same email but different first and last name.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Alekansdar
Where are these settings?
From version 1.3.4 you have Option to check customer’s name for existing email during the booking – now it is possible to allow customers to schedule the appointment with the same email but different first and last name.
Thank you
Hello fabloria.
These are located in Roles Settings/Customer:
The second option refers to that.

I found it but it is not working. Fields keep grayed out with the information from Wordpress User. I want users to be able to modify it. How can I do it?
Thank you
Hello again fabloria
Are you still logged in?
If you're logged in as administrator you won't be able to change the information in the booking form. You can test this if you open the booking page while logged in as an Amelia Customer, or through Incognito mode.
If you're still having issues with this, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
