Fresh install of wordpress. When creating a table, I cannot select type. Clicking the field does nothing. Also, cannot create a table. Clicking the create a table button does nothing.
I have tried other browsers, same issue. Latest version of Wordpress and wpDataTables.
There is probably a conflict with the bootstrap.js files.
Please go to wpDataTables main Settings on your wp-admin page. You'll see Include full bootstrap front-end and Include full bootstrap back-end. Disable both sliders, hit Apply and refresh your page.
Please let me know if you managed to resolve the issue.
Yeah, there is something we could do by changing some files in our plugin.
However, for that we'd need remote access, so please open a new private ticket, and provide us remote access credentials, so we can log in and take a look "from the inside".
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
Thanks for letting us know the issue has been resolved.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for wpDataTables, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
if you're still having issues, please open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.

Hi,
Tried this and it did not solve the problems. Turned off all the other potential options.
Any other ideas?

Hi,
I did not try to import any data.
Try creating a table, or try importing any data. Neither works.
Richard
Thanks its been solved.
Have to change the "site address" in Wordpress to Https. Now all the settings and such load.
