Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Our consulting company is looking for a scheduling system that can schedule our consultants on special days only (None work a normal schedule).  We have 6 consultants that send me their days and times of availability. Sometimes they have the same times and days, and although our consultants are all over the country, we use one location. We have multiple events that only certain consultants can do and each event is 2 hours long.

Can ameila handle this situation?: Agent one has availability on November 14 between 10 am - 3 pm for event A. Agent two has availability on November 14 between 10:30 am - 1 pm for event A and event B. I would then schedule agent one for 10 am - 12 noon and 1 pm - 3 pm for event A. I schedule agent two for 10:30 am - 12:30 pm for both event A and B. If agent two is selected for event B, then the time slot for event A (Agent two) disappears. (Notice both agents have overlapping time.)

    Hi Courtney,
    Thank you for your inquire.

My suggestion is to take a look at this link and see the information about special days.

Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this. Once you set it, it will override employee’s general working hours and service schedule but it will not override the days off.

Also you can test that on our demo sites

    Best regards.

Thank you. I did try the demo. Just curious why the consultant front end demo is different than the back end demo and why I cannot use them to test if the product will work completely for our company. I can schedule the same time, date, location and service for the special days but I cannot view what it would look like to a customer from the front end. Do you have a sandbox demo?

My only concern is that the demos front end and back end for the consultant demo are different and I cannot see the front end of the calendar for the customer to see if special days are inputted to the calendar for the customer to chose from.

    Hi Courtney,

Everything that you set up on the demo sites it should be displayed on the front end as well.

You can make an employee in the demo site and then just display the time slots for that employee as well on our demo sites. Just create a page and enter the proper shortcode for that employee.

Calendar as calendar from the backend can not be displayed in the front end.

Nevertheless, we do have 15days money back guarantee if the product does not work for you.

    Best regards.
