We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I love your product, it seems to work very well in what it is designed to do.
However, I am trying to use the system for 'Room Bookings' which means I need customisable / multiple appointment time slots for customers on the front end... i.e. Someone wanting to book our Main Hall for 3 hours...for others 4... is this possible?
I would love to keep using the Plugin, if this isn't possible, is a refund?
Dan
Hello Dan,
Thank you for your purchase and for the compliments!
Unfortunately, in Amelia customers can't choose a duration of a service, at the moment.
But, there is a work-around: you can make a service 'Room Booking' which will have a duration 1 hour (example) and its price, and then you can make several extras for this service: Extra 1 duration 1 hour price, Extra 2 duration 2 hours price, Extra 3 duration 3 hours price, etc. and the customers can then choose whichever time they want to book the room.
You can read more about extras here.
Hope this helps!
