We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Having just put the website live using the Amelia plugin we are seeing a couple of limitations and need to know whether they are features that may be addressed in the future.

    1.  The buffering and rigidity of time slots.  We need to be able to define a buffer of less that 1 hour.  For example 15 minutes.  The system does not seem to allow for this which will result in appointments being booked at times that are just not possible or preventing a full day of bookings from being booked.

    2. Repeat bookings - it would be useful to be able to book x number of appointments on repeat in advance.

    Please can you let me know if either of things will be possible in the future

    Hello Helen.

    If you wish to add a smaller buffer time, you need to go to General Settings, and to lower the default time slot step:

    When you do this, you will be able to add a 5 min buffer time, if you wish to do so.

    2. Unfortunately, this is not yet possible, but we are working on implementing that for one of our future releases. I cannot promise if it will be included in the next update, though,
