Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Is there a way to disable on-site payment options by service and/or event.
I need on-site payment option enabled for my services but I do not want to give customers this options on events as places are limited and the costs for no shows are to big for me. For my services it doesn't matter as each course always has capacity and costs are not so big so I want to have the option on-site payment enabled.
Hello Bruno
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
The payments are currently being configured globally. Our team is working on implementing this feature, so you can choose how each service (event) is going to be paid, but I cannot tell you when it will be released.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thank you. I can work around it but it means I have to use stripe as a payment method. I am currently in Stripe test mode. I have a problem that when I use Amelia to book and select payment method Stripe, the payment does go through but when I look in my stripe account I can see the payment but no payee details, e.g email and name are blank. Card Number and Postcode are there but I do need to know who has made a payment. Any ideas what I am doing wrong. I have tried all day today to no avail. I am using Ultimate membership pro and payments made from this plugin via Stripe show all customer details.
Hello again Bruno.
This should work. It has been working for at least three other customers that needed this feature with Stripe. Can you tell me which version of Amelia you have installed? This fix is for Amelia 2.2.1+

Hi again Bruno.
Unfortunately, we don't have enough API functionality to create customers, so they can be stored by Stripe customer ID in our plugin.
I have forwarded this to our development team, and they said this is on our road map for the future. I cannot say when it will be introduced, but it is planned.
With the next update (scheduled in a few days) you will be able to disable on-site payment options by service and/or event.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
