Is there a way to define that it is my business and i'm the only employee and i don't want to define my working hours twice and don't won't my customer to pick worker when in reality they don't have any choice
If you set up only one employee, your customers will not have the option to choose an employee, and when you configure employee's work hours, that will be taken into account - no need for defining hours twice.
Could you share some screenshots with me if you're having any more issues?

Hello Roi
