We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I wanted to know how to change the color of the headers of categories / services when using the shortcode [ameliacatalog], (the default color is blue), class: "am-category-service-image, am-service-gallery" and how to delete an image when we replace the blue color by default (to be able to put a color in the place).
Can not find these options in the service section.
I would like to put colors because when I put images in the headers, (they are very rarely well displayed). We never see the image entirely, we only see part of the image, the image is disproportionate (too much left or right or up or down).
How to make the images appear correctly in the headers of the services or to remove the image, to leave empty and to be able to put a color?
Thank you
Hello Clement.
Do you mean these?
If you want to change this from default blue to another color, you need to open the Service, and click on the small circle:
You can change the color there.
The images uploaded to the Service's header are always centered, so you would need to have an image which will be focused to what you want to see.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
