Unfortunately info bubbles are not included in the built-in features of the plugin, and can only be implemented using a third-party plugin or custom javascript. Custom work is not included in the provided support for the plugin, though.
As for grouping columns, and expanding on-click - you can enable Responsiveness feature, and select the columns you wish to hide on tablets. Then, go to main settings of wpDataTables and increase the tablet width to a greater value (for instance 2000px). When you do this, all screens under 2000px in width will be considered tablets, so columns will be hidden under the first column, and will be available on click. You can take a look at our documentation, and see how it works.
