While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have a problem on mobile. When my customers digit the special coupon "SPECIALDJ18" inside Amelia, the system does not apply it to the price. Instead from desktop everything's working fine.

the coupon is for services and does not work both on iOS and Android smartphone.
I'm experiencing exactly this problem with both iPhone and iPad.
Was there a solution that can be shared publicly?
