We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear All,
Good morning! I hope you’re doing well.
We are using this amazing plugin WpDataTables to build reports for customers.
We have the column date which can be filtered by date range.
Is it possible to define default values of date range filter as follow:
From: First day of the month
To: Last day of the month
Thank you,
Akhmed Idigov
Hello Akhmed
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Even the placeholders we have for dates, that can be used in the pre-defined filtering values are only able to show today, last month, last week, next week, next month, and all from Advanced Filtering rules.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar,
Thank you for your support!
"Even the placeholders we have for dates, that can be used in the pre-defined filtering values are only able to show today, last month, last week, next week, next month, and all from Advanced Filtering rules."
This might be interesting for us! How can we get it?
Regards,
Hi Akhmed.
Access settings for your "date" type column, and go to Advanced Filtering.
When you go on to create a rule, and when you click on the field to select the date used in the rule, you will see the calendar with the available placeholders on the bottom.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Alexander,
I have just WPDataTables Plugin. Shall I buy add-on for that purpose? Because I don't see Advance Filtering. I see only Filtering.
Regards,
Akhmed
This is only what I see. Attached is the screenshot.
Oh, wow, sorry about that Akhmed.
I completely lost it there. I meant the Conditional Formatting. Only there would you be able to use the placeholders, so if a column's cell meets a certain rule, the formatting will be applied.
So sorry about the wrong terminology.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
