We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    hello,

    one short question : i have set to an employee a one hour lunch break, but in the planning the corresponding cell background display is not grey, as it is when not working (like before/after the day or on days off, cf. image).

    this would be useful to understand immediatly the appointment possiblities given through the day (as we add appointments not only via the font-end, but also by phone, or when being with clients in the shop) - can this be changed ? or dis i just miss something ?

    Hello damien, 

    Unfortunately, the breaks that you set for the employees will not be grey in the Amelia calendar. This is how Amelia works at the moment.

    But, I will forward your suggestion to our development team so they can check it out and see if this can be changed in one of our future updates.

    We have a lot of features requests from our users and we try to implement as many as we can in the updates. Of course, the most requested features are in the top of the list. We do our best to meet our customers' needs so hopefully this will also be changed in one of our future updatessmile.png
