Have you enabled "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" slider in Amelia settings/Google Calendar Settings?
Please note that if you have 2 busy events created in Google Calendar that are being repeated every day, Amelia will return only 50 of them (if your setup matches the screenshot above). That means that it will remove these time slots for the next 25 days, and if you configured Amelia so your customers can book in the next 60 days, those time slots will not be available after 25 days pass. To avoid this, you would need to increase the amount of busy slots returned to a greater value.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I see that your employee is set to work only on Saturdays:
Until February, you have almost all 12:30 and 18:00 appointments booked, and there are no blocked timeslots until then. After that, all four time slots are available in Amelia's schedule. With only 4 slots available to choose from, and without me seeing your Google Calendar, I created a new employee with my Google Calendar, simply to check if the busy slots are being returned or not.
Amelia Test employee had the same working hours configured, so I added a Google Event for November 16th, from 08:30 - 12:00:
As soon as I added this event, the two time slots (08:30 and 10:30) became unavailable in Amelia for that day:
The next Saturday, though, came up with normal working hours, since I don't have any Google Calendar events created for that day:
Calendar is not syncing.
Google > Site: Not working. When an event is entered into Google it is not showing as busy on the website.
Site>Google: Is working. When an event is booked via the website it is showing on Google.

I didn't have that setting enabled, but now it is. And it still isn't syncing with google calendar.
