Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

I am setting up a new site for my yacht tours, which I will offer next summer 2020. I will offer 3 tours on every Saturdays and Sundays, from June 6 to Sept 27, 202. Will your app let me show, on the calendar, some kind of marker for visitors to my site to see visually that there are tours available on the Saturdays and Sundays? Can I block/disable some dates? If I can set up a marker on, for example, a Saturday, can I show 3 (one marker for each tour)?  Also, I can only take a maximum of 10 people on any one tour. Can booking by let's say a potentially 11th guest be disabled after 10 have already booked?

    HI Erik,
    Thank you for your inquire.

We do have option to set the maximum and minimum capacity for the appointments and events. More information on this link

Minimum Capacity and Maximum Capacity – Here you can enter the minimum and the maximum number of persons per single service booking. If your company has a need for a group appointment (for example classes, tours, group training, etc.), this is where you’ll define its capacity. This option is available for every employee, so you can define a different capacity for each one.

Also there is an option to set the working hours for the day, and also an option to use special days features if you want to add a working time for specific date. More information on this link

Special Days – This feature allows you to set one or multiple days in which your employee will have different working hours and/or provide different services. Whether you need to set shorter or longer working hours for just one day or a period, or set a different service for one specific day or a whole week, here you can do all of this.

You can also check all of our plugin features on our demo sites and try to create some simple use case for your website.
