We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hey!

I want to use the amelia standard shortcode inside of an elementor standard popup. (Elementor's integrated Popups) but the shortcode simply wont show up when I preview the page. I used a shortcode element as usual and pasted : [ameliabooking]

wonder why it wont show up, hope there is a way to use it inside of a popup from elementor

thanks for your time and support!

    With kind regards

    Chris

Great! Curious about the results! When I add the shortcode into a shortcode element on a normal site it works. Hope there is a way to make it work as a popup in elementor! Would be awesome :-)

Hi Chris,Can you please send me zipped Elementor that you have? Looks like its some add on? In Elementor that we have there's no pop up.

In Wordpress (dashboard) right under elementor you need to go to templates > popups and there you can hit "create new" and you can build popups with elementor. Elementor implemented the ability to build popups with elementor in the beginning of this year.

    Hi Chris,

Yes, but we didn't have Elementor Pro, but the other customer has sent us and we checked, for some reason it is not working currently, but or developers will investigate and fix the problem soon.

    Have a lovely day!

Is it possible to get a fix for the Popups for Divi plugin? I'm not able to make selections in a dropdown menu (such as employee) when an Amelia shortcode is coded into a popup. Sometimes the employee selection doesn't appear at all. Everything else seems to be working with the shortcode.
