I simply want to add in High Tea availability. I just wanted to know is there an app that I can give to the user please. Rather than the back end.
I am a website developer and am looking for the best booking plugin, I think you have come out on top, i just want to know is there anything I can give my clients to make it easy for them to navigate rather than the back end of wordpress as knowing them they wont know how to use it and will mess something up. So a simple app showing them bookings would be better for me thank you .

The customers that needs only to book an appointment can just use the front end, but if they want to reschedule it then they will need to use the backend as well.
We have in plan as one of the next major features to implement front end booking cabinet for customers. where there will be more options for them and to access those options from front end.
