Thank you for your inquire.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately our plugin have some dynamic strings, and I don't believe any translating plugin would be able to translate them.
Notification templates, service names, custom fields, extras, etc. - all user generated text cannot be translated simply because you choose what it'll say in front end. I suppose you have a multi-lingual site, and that's why you need this, but unfortunately these strings are not saved anywhere in the plugin's code, so WPML can't find them and translate them. You can reach out to their support team, but I haven't heard they've been able to do this yet.
