Turns out it's a bit more extensive that emails... Any data I fill into the backend set up fields (Events, Services, Customers, Locations etc) doesn't save. A pop up appears to say it's been saved, or the fields will turn green (outlined) as if it's approved, but nothing seems to actually come through.
Sorry to hear you're having issues with the plugin.
Usually, issues like this happen when some tables are missing from the database. This happens during installation, and can be related to an outdated version of MySQL, PHPMyAdmin or PHP.
Please provide me:
A temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens
Database Access (PHPMyAdmin or C-Panel)
So we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the credentials. It was as I suspected - only 9 tables were created in the database, instead of 39 that were supposed to be created. I ended up copying my database, and it should work fine now.
I added a test employee, category and service, so it works good now. You won't be having this issue when you update the plugin in the future.
I've just started setting up and I'm having issue adding employee emails.
The following code keeps appearing: Unable to add data in AmeliaBookingInfrastructureRepositoryScheduleWeekDayRepository
