On the version 2.1 (released 14.08.2019), it says that:
Feature: Multiple locations – now each employee can work on multiple locations and you can set up a customized schedule with different services and locations for each working period.
And yet I can not set an employee on two different locations. I only get to choose one location for each Employees.
Is there something that I missed?

You haven't missed anything. As described:

At the moment, you can create multiple locations, but an employee can only work on one location at a time. So, your employee can be assigned to work from 09 - 12 on Location 1, from 12 - 14 on Location 2, and from 14 - 17 on Location 3. It is not possible for customers to choose a location where the employee would work, but instead choose from given options.
You would need to open Employee's tab, go to Work Hours, and add time periods for each location.

This is not the best solution. I organise excursions on different locations. Customers can book me everey day on the location they want.

The previous response is from November 2019, and the logic changed since then.
Each employee needs to be assigned to a default location:
However, when you access the Work Hours tab of the employee, you can assign all your locations to your employee's work hours, or you can freely select multiple locations depending on the day:
This way, your employee will be assigned to all locations you've created, but when a customer books an appointment on one of these locations, all other locations will be blocked during this time.

Thank you very much, For me this is not working. I organize beach excursions on 5 different beaches. They can book my any day on any beach. For me it is important to add all the locations at my employee profile so they can choose the location they want.

Which version of Amelia do you have? This was implemented with version 5.4 so if you're not on the latest version of Amelia, please make sure to update the plugin.
As shown in the previous response, once you configure a default location in Amelia, you need to access the employee's Work Hours tab, edit the work hours, and manually select all locations in the Location drop-down.

Yes, I have the latest version.
As I said, this does not work for me. When I fill in work hours on a sertain location, people can not choose another location on that day. I do not work in buildings, but on beaches. So what I need is all locations in my employee account and people can book a service and choose the location they wish.
