    Facility hire.

    Rather than booking an appointment with a person for a service, my client's customers hire the use of a facility - either an equestrian arena or an equestrian cross country course.

    How does this work with employees, as there wouldn't be one? Do I treat the facility as an employee e.g. they book time with "Arena" or "Cross Country course" and the service is called something like "arena time" or "XC schooling"?

    HI!! if you go under setting, then under Labels, click "view Label setting" a screen should pop up and you can change employees and employee to your preference.

    Thank you but this doesn't seem to change the labels in the left-hand menu and the dashboard, which may confuse the client. Do I have to reactivate the product in some way?

    Hello Nico Morgan, 

    Thank you for your purchase!

    Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends. 

    The labels in the Label settings are only applied to the front-end, not the back-end, unfortunately, so the deactivate/activate will not solve this. So, the 'employees' label will always be there in the back-end.

    If that is convenient for your business, you can have dummy/fake employees, and then maybe have locations for these: equestrian arena or an equestrian cross country course. And then you can make services as "arena time" or "XC schooling".

    Note: The employees can't work on more than one locations/services at the same time. So, if you want these facilities to be booked at the same time, you would need to have two employees (and assign different services/locations to them).

    I have set up employees as you suggested over the weekend and I think it will work.
