Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello,

I've been looking for an appointment plugin which is good for this:

There is a VR-room business. The business has 6 VR glasses which can be bookable (Vr glasses=workers).

The simple booking is ok. One client can book 1 glasses (for example:  Friday 14:00 Glass 1.).

But the requerement is the client can book more glasses for one time (for example:  Friday 14:00 Glass 1. and glass 2.)

And  here is another twist: there are group books for companies etc. : companies can book 4-5-6 glasses for one time(for example Friday 14:00 Glass 1,2,3,4).

One glass can be booked only one time.

The whole system is similar to cinemas' booking system.

So the question is: Is Amelia know these features?

    Hi Krisztian,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Yes it is possible to achieve this, you can make VR glasses as an employee and make one service with capacity of 6 ppl. You can enable bringing anyone with you option, so customer can book 1, or up to 6 spots.

You just need to define the duration of the service, but with extras customer can add more time to the booking.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any additional questions!

    Hi Nevena,

Thank you for your quick respond, a lots of good news in it. :)

I have one more question: If I created a service, could I "force" the customer to select multiple employe? As I mentioned there are several group packtets which are requered exactly 4/5/6 employe. So if the customer select this group packet he must choose 4/5/6 employe , without the multiple he wouldn't able to move to the next step.

    Kind regards,

    Krisztian

    Hi Krisztian,

If you create service that will have minimum capacity 1 and maximum 6 (for VR glasses) once the customer selects the service he will see option "Brining anyone with you", and with that option customer can select if he is not coming alone and if he selects multiple persons then multiple VR glasses will be booked. Unfortunately forcing the customer to selects multiple employees is not possible since we don't have this option.

    Best regards.
