We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    hello ,

    i am looking for some particular features

    1. fully customisable including changing the css page. (perhaps that can be accomplished from the plugin files)  we need to display in rtl in Hebrew.

    2. sms to Israel with confirmation link that when  confirming phone number will approve the slot.

    3. each slot has 4-6 places so we need to allow multiple reservations for the same slot.

    can you please let me know if these can be accomplished.

    Hi Binny,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. It is possible to display the plugin in rtl but we are not 100% that everything is switched like it should be.

    2. Unfortunately something like this is not possible, the time slot can be Pending by default and then Approved by admin or employee, or you can set default appointment status Approved so the appointment will be automatically approved, but there is no option for customer to approve it.

    3. Multiple reservations are possible. Each service can have minimum and maximum capacity set so group bookings are possible.
