Hello,
I am wondering if it is possible to create an event with a base price, lets say of $150, and have options for clients to extra services to the event.
for example, a fitness challenge can be $150, with the option of a nutrition consult for $25 more, or even a meal plan for $50 more than the original $150?

Thank you for your inquire.
Our plugin have 2 types of booking: Event booking and Appointment booking.
Event booking does not have Extras option at the moment but we will consider adding it for the future updates.
As for the Appointments , Extra option is available and you can find more information on this link, just search for the Extras.
Also you can take a look at all plugin features on our demo sites.
