I've successfully synched my Google Calendar with Amelia thanks to your super helpful info page (see link).
However, I cannot see a booked appointment in my calendar on my phone. It is appearing in the Amelia calendar. What do I do?

If I understood you correctly - you created an appointment which shows in Amelia, but not on your Google Calendar?
If this is true, please make sure you connected your employee to the correct Google account.
If you see this - that means the employee is not connected to any Google accounts.
