Could you please tell me if these 2 services are assigned to the same employee? If yes, when you go to the employee -> edit employee in the 'Work Hours' sections you can assign different services to different time periods and days. So, here you can assign both services on the days when they overlap, and only one of them on the days when they don't overlap.
