Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

I have intergrated my PayPal account to Amelia. It is now reflecting in Amelia as well. But, as soon as I select PayPal as  payment option. It does not ask for Card selection and says, Sorry payment can't be processed. Try Later.

    Need an urgent solution. ASAP.

Secondly, there is another option of taking payments on-site. If customers are paying on - site. Suggest a way to record that payment in amelia to track my finances properly.

    Need immediate assistance.

    Hello Prakhar Gupta,

    1) Could you please check your Live Client ID and Live Secret on your PayPal account? You have Sandbox and Live credentials (attachment)

With PayPal there are only two ways where customers can make mistakes. First one is to use Live credentials when Sandbox mode is enabled, and second one it to copy wrong PayPal credentials (“Client ID” and “Secret”)

    2) The on-site payments are payments that are done offline, when customers come to the appointment. So, if you want to have this type of payment, you have an option in Amelia -> Finance to manually change the payment - set it from Pending to Paid (when you click on 'Details' on a payment from the list, and click on the pencil icon in the bottom left corner a modal will open where you can enter the paid amount and change the status to 'Paid').

    Hope this helps,

    Thanks Marija. Appreciated.

I am using Amelia plugin. It is taking very long to book an appointment. The transition between pages a lot of buffering time and its kind of irritating at some points.

Please let me know the possible reasons of this and way to solve this.

    Regards,

    Hello Prakhar Gupta,

    You are welcome!

Amelia need some time to load because of the back-end features, but that time is not significant and we haven't had any complaints about this so far. If the link of your website is the one here in your profile I visited it and I hadn't had any delays in the booking process. If it is not that same link, please send me a link to your website to check it out or a video of your experience. Thanks!
