We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I see that you've added a Web Hooks feature, and while this may be useful to many, what I would really need is documentation on actual WordPress hooks, filters and actions that Amelia has created. I've created a few custom plugins that do basic employee information and service listings. I've made this very simply for my customers, I'm also working on a learning management system that is more specific to my customer's needs, but a booking system is just far to complex and out of reach for me to handle. Of all the ones I've evaluated, Amelia is just simply the best, but I can't just integrate it into my system as it stands. It would be okay for one off customers that only wanted booking features added to their sites, but most don't and what I really need is a booking plugin I can add on top of the features I've built, and make sure that booking plugin can synchronize certain information between itself and my custom post types. I don't expect custom development, in fact I don't want it, but I do want some basic WordPress hook, action and filter documentation so myself and other developers will be able to extend.
Hi Kevin,
Thank you for your feedback.
Web hooks was included in the latest version of our plugin and relatively this is a new, so if you have any suggestion or idea how we can change the documentation or add some more information in it, I will gladly forward to my team so we can apply those changes and display more information.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
