In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I want to use your plugin for the party booking.

    my place have 4 different room and party time slot are 1 hr.

    so my question is that, may i book 4 party on same date, and same time slot with different room by using amelia.

    please let me know if you have any doubt regarding my queries

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    We don't have an option to book multiple time slots in one session, but customer can book separately as many slots as they want.
