Cancelled appointments in Google Calendar

    Hi,

this is more a feature request or question than an issue. Here's the scenario:

I've cancelled 2 appointments today. However, they stay in Google Calendar even though they are cancelled in Amelia. This is far from ideal as it can be misleading to the therapist.

    • Can they be auto-deleted
    • Can there be a parameter added to GCal event? For example appointment title gets preceded by 'Cancelled' (translatable, of course) or a string gets added to GCal event description. Although I'd prefer the title, cause then it would be easy to quickly see which appointments got cancelled.

Also, when cancelling, it would be great to be able to specify the reason for cancellation which could be included in the emails/sms'es. Notes field is unsuitable as it has private information which we don't want to share with the customer.

    Thanks,
    Andrius
