Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi,

For the life of me I cannot add an appointment manually on the backend.

The employee and service is available - it can be booked from the frontend, but from the backend it does not show the date available... which it is (again, confirmed from the frontend booking process).

So anyone can book this service from the front right now but I can't even add an appointment manually from the back...

You can see in the photos I attached that the service is CLEARLY available to book from the frontend, but from the backend, manually, with all required fields completed, the date is not available to select.

    Please help!!

    This appointment is for tomorrow!

    Thank you!!

    j.

    Hello justgonz,

I couldn't login to your website back-end - please see the attachment.

But, when I went to your website - the front-end - it took me to October 2020, and when I went back to October 2019 all dates were crossed out.

    Hello justgonz,

I logged in and tested everything and everything works well. I am not sure how to reproduce the issue that you had.

Could you please tell me when you clicked on the Date field (for choosing the date) while making the appointment nothing showed up or the dates were all crossed out?

Can't see that in your screenshots.

    Thanks!

    Hello justgonz,

Yes, pretty strange. Please do, contact us if something like this happens again.

     - Have one employee set with 2 services set for specific days of the week.

Yes, you can set this in the 'Work hours' section when you create/edit the employee. You can assign different services to the employee for each work time period for the same employee, and it can be set differently for each day in the week. Please see the attachment.

     - Each service can take up to 10 individual people (separate orders).

You should set the maximum capacity for the services to be 10 if you want to achieve this.

     - If people book 1 of the services, it will automatically block out the other service available on that same day with that same employee

Yes, this is possible if the services are at the same time. In Amelia, it is not possible to have one employee working on two or more services at the same time.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
