When I try and create a booking, the forms are already filled in on the last page - the name, last name, and email forms. I also cannot change these. How do I clear this?
UPDATE: I have found out that this does not occur on my phone, so I assume the solution is something similar to having my cache cleared, which I have done.
I suppose that you are logged in and that your data is already saved in the database, which is the reason why your data in the booking form is disabled and already filled. Can you please make another user with different email and then login with that email address and you will able to make appointment. Also, you can open your browser in Incognito mode (which means that you are not logged in - as your future clients) and you will see that you are able to make an appointment.
From version 1.3.4 you have Option to check customer’s name for existing email during the booking – now it is possible to allow customers to schedule the appointment with the same email but different first and last name.
This feature doesn't work, though, if you're logged in as Administrator. WordPress administrators cannot change their details if once filled.
Howdy,
