Is there any way that you can embed the amelia calendar on the website so people can see the up coming events in that form? I have tried two extra plugins to embed and they don't work.
If you're talking about the calendar which you see in the back-end, I'm sorry to disappoint you but no - that can't be displayed in front end.
On the other hand, you could use the [ameliaevents] shortcode to display all upcoming events, or [ameliasearch] for the ability to search through appointments.

I want people who come to my site to see the events in calendar form, be able to click on the date of the month that has an event, and be taken to the booking page from there. There are some extra plugins developed by other people that are supposed the back end calendar to the front end but they don't work.
Yeah, unfortunately we don't have that view yet. I will check with our developers and see if it is on our "to-do" list, and if it isn't we will add it for one of our future releases.
If you're talking about plugins created to pull Amelia's calendar to the front-end, since those are not our plugins, we cannot do anything about them.
