I bought a licence, but got no email confirmation

I have messaged several times. I am getting no replies at all

Please can someone assist me

It should be serial [email protected]
Seeing as nothing has arrived, maybe I made a typo in the email? Maybe I wrote .com where there should be .coach?
But maybe the error is your end. the payment is showing as pending
