I have a couple of clients with similar appointment scheduling needs.
Here is a description of what's needed:
Time slots for 8am to 10am, 11am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm, 6pm to 12am. Each time slot requires pricing respectively of $200, $250, $300, and $500.
How can I present each time slot with assigned pricing at the time assigned?
I tried doing this with employee settings and an appointment for each time slot but things are not working out.

So in your case, you should create 4 different services like:
Service 1 price $200, service 2 price $250, service 3 price $300 and service 4 price $500.
Then, you would need to set the work time periods with different services assign:
8am to 10am assigned service 1
11am to 1pm assigned service 2
2pm to 5pm assigned service 3
6pm to 12am assigned service 4
