In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Have been looking at the plugin - wondering if I can completely remove "Bringing anyone with you?" and "Employee".
It will be for ONE person taking bookings - no team.
And when testing a form I select a time which then says "Local Time: 3:00 pm" - is that an IP thing? I don't think it's in my time as I saved the ical and it's in as 2am.

Yes, bringing anyone with you is en option that you can enable or disable. If you have just one employee, the employee tab won't be shown by default.
Where did you try that? We have an option Show time in client's time zone, if this option is enabled the time on the front will be shown in client's time zone. If not, the time will be shown in the time zone set in the WordPress.
