    Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin that can handle weekly classes with several times. Allows me to customize the form to gather extra info.  Recurring classes, package or quantity discounts.

    Hi Evelyn Fassett,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

Our plugin currently has options for creating appointments and events, but at the moment we don't have recurring option. For classes that repeats during the week the only option is to create them as event that will repeat or event that occurs multiple days. If you create them as recurring event, your clients will be able to schedule just one in each booking, and if you create as event that occurs multiple days then clients will book all days at once. I suppose that this is not the best solution for you. We plan to add recurring option for services in the next few months and after that we will begin with planning packages option.

As for the custom fields we have option to add multiple different custom fields to the booking form to gather additional information.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

If I have an event that is recurring.  Do you have the ability to offer multiple purchase discounts?

Like if they buy 5 classes, they get one free?

    Thanks,

    Evelyn

    Hi Evelyn,

We have option in our coupons to set a number of booked appointments or events after which the coupon will be sent automatically. So if you set 5, after 5 booked same appointments or events the customer will receive a coupon. More about this you can read here.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I'm not using the coupons for Amelia because we are using Woocommerce and don't want 2 different coupon fields.  Can you tell me how this might work with Woo coupons?

    Hi Evelyn,

I am afraid that something like this isn't possible, unfortunately. Maybe you can try to hide coupon field on WooCommerce? Our coupons are not connected with WooCommerce coupons.

    Best regards.
