    Hello I set up Amelia to have one employee with one service. Once an appointment is set I need the email notification sent to multiple emails not just one. I tried to add more than one email to the employee but the plugin will not allow it. How can I send a confirmation of an appointment appointment to multiple emails?

    Thank you for your purchase!

    Unfortunately, there isn't an option to set multiple emails for one employee, you can add one additional address to get all the notifications, and you will find this option in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification Settings - 'Send all notifications to the additional address:'.

    One additional email is not the functionality I was lead to believe this plugin had. It is very limited considering the scope of everything else. Is this a limitation you are aware of and working on implementing? or will this plugin remain without such a key feature present in many other booking plugins for the foreseeable future? The question of multiple email receipients has been submitted to the ticketing system several times. Leading me to believe that your advertising might be deceiving customers into buying the plugin only to fins out about this key limitation after the purchase. This is why I hope you understand I will requesting a refund.

    Hello Imi2014, 

    We are aware that some of our users need more addresses for the emails to be sent to, and we are working on changing this option, implementing a feature to add more emails not just one. 

    If this would be helpful to you, we can send you a fix (so you can hard code this) in the next couple of days, and then we will work on implementing this solution in Amelia in one of our future releases (it would probably be in our next update). Would this be OK for you? 

    We have a lot of feature requests from our users and we try to implement as many as we can in our updates. We have a list with number of requests and the most requested features are in the top of our list and we implement these first.

    Sorry to hear that you got an impression we try deceiving customers into buying the plugin or give misleading information.

    Im glad you are aware of the limitations in this feature. The plugin performs to my expectations otherwise. Can you pleas provide the "fix" you mentioned that will allow me to send emails to multiple recipients.

    Hi Marija, I too have some customers with two emails. For example, I have parents that both want confirmations of their childs appointment. Is it possible for the Amelia plug in to send the confirmation to two emails? Thanks for you help! Marco

    Hi Marco, 

    The subject in this ticket was sending all notifications to additional email addresses , but from the employee/admin side, which is possible and there  is an option to send all notifications to additional email addresses in Amelia -> Settings -> Notifications settings.

    For your use case - sending confirmation notification for one appointment to two customers/ two customers' emails, there isn't an option for that in Amelia with its built-in features, unfortunately. The notifications can be sent to one customer (email) and one employee (email). You can suggest that as a feature request here
